These terms cover this website and the SoundTrack waitlist. SoundTrack itself has not launched, so there is no product agreement yet — that will come with early access.

What this site is
This is a marketing site for SoundTrack, a personality assessment being built by Personic Labs. The product is not available yet. Everything here describes what SoundTrack is intended to do, and the only action you can take is to join the waitlist or ask about a team pilot.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist costs nothing, requires no card, and creates no account. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a promise of access — it tells us you are interested and lets us tell you when early access opens. We may not be able to offer access to everyone, and we may change or discontinue what we are building.
What SoundTrack is not
SoundTrack resolves to the Big Five (OCEAN) model and is designed for self-understanding and, for teams, development and coaching. It is not a medical or mental-health assessment; it does not diagnose, treat, or screen for any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
It is built for team development, not as a hiring filter. If you are considering any use that affects someone's employment, talk to us first — that use is outside what the product is designed and validated for.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it. In particular, do not attempt to break into or disrupt the site or its infrastructure, submit other people's email addresses without their agreement, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or misrepresent your affiliation with Personic Labs.
Our content
The text, design, logo, and other material on this site belong to Personic Labs or are used with permission. SoundTrack, Acoustic Genome, and Wavelength are our product names. You are welcome to quote or link to the site with attribution; please do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.
The research we cite belongs to its authors and publishers, and we link to the original sources so you can check them.
Links out
We link to published research and other external sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
This is a pre-launch site and we change it often. We may add, alter, or remove anything on it at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply.
