Personic Labs is pre-launch. The only thing this site asks you for is an email address, and this page explains exactly what happens to it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, you give us your email address. Nothing else is required — no name, no card, no account.

Alongside it we record a small amount of context so we know which parts of the site are working:

• Which page and which button the signup came from.
• Any utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign values present in the link you arrived through, and the referring site if your browser sent one.
• Whether you ticked the optional marketing and research consent boxes.
• The date and time you signed up.

We do not ask for, and the site has no way to collect, payment details, government identifiers, or health information. There is no assessment on this site yet, so no responses to one exist.

Why we collect it

The email address is used to tell you when early access opens, and to answer you if you write to us. If you ticked the marketing box, we may also send occasional updates about the product; if you did not, we will not. If you ticked the research box, we may contact you about taking part in research — separately, and you can still say no at that point.

The campaign and page context is used in aggregate to understand which explanations of the product land. It is not used to build a profile of you.

Where it is stored

Signups are written to a database on our server, hosted by Render in the United States, and mirrored into a private Google Workspace spreadsheet that the Personic Labs team uses to keep track of the waitlist. Both are access-controlled and neither is public.

If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be stored there.

Analytics

We use Plausible and PostHog to count page views and measure which parts of the site people read. These record the page, referrer and campaign parameters, and coarse device and country information. We do not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell or share this data with advertising networks.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores two things in your own browser:

• pl_utm in session storage — the campaign parameters from your link, so a signup later in the visit is attributed correctly. It is cleared when you close the tab.
• pl_waitlist in local storage — only used as a fallback if our server cannot be reached when you submit, so your address is not lost. It never leaves your device.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is handled by the services that run the site on our behalf — currently Render for hosting, Google Workspace for the waitlist tracker, and Plausible and PostHog for analytics — and by no one else, unless we are legally required to disclose it.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries until the waitlist has served its purpose or you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Write to hello@personiclabs.com and we will remove you from the waitlist, correct anything that is wrong, or send you a copy of what we hold. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not need to be a formal request. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under law; we will honour those too.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Not a medical service

SoundTrack is not a medical or mental-health assessment. It does not diagnose, treat, or screen for any condition, and nothing you tell us is treated as health information.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, tell us and we will remove the entry.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we use an email address already on the waitlist will be notified by email.
